Greens Pizza Ballyhackamore 300x168 Greens Pizza BallyhackamoreGreens Pizza is now open in Ballyhackamore  . The new restaurant is  sited opposite Horatio Todds, where the old belfast Music supplies shop was.  The new restaurant occupies 1300 sq ft and seats 50 customers. Greens Pizza owners say that  Ballyhackamore was a prime site in which to develop.

“The menu and decor of the new establishment is similar to Lisburn Road, but of course it  caters to customers from east Belfast, Castlereagh, Newtownards and north Down.”

“Our aim is to give the people of this area the high standards of food and service and the ambience that makes Greens such a special place in which to work and to visit,” he said. The new restaurant will of course bring new jobs to the area as well

Ballyhackamore  has seen a big surge recently in the  number of new and established restaurants that want to take advantage of this buzzing village area. Greens pizza is now the latest to bring its offerings to the people of this area  and we are sure they will be successful.

Greens Pizza will open seven nights a week and all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I phoned yesterday to be told there is no reservations. We drove across belfast to be told by stressed looking lady 7pm that there would be nothing available to 9!!! Wont be back. Basic decor nothing special. Went to pizza express

Nice pizzas stressed staff, not quite the Lisburn rd experience yet, will try again in a few months to see if its just teething problems

  4. Colin says:

Why did you drive across town when there is a Greens on the Lisburn Road? I believe they had just opened then and I would have expected such issues. …BTW …it's "are no reservations"

Went for first time about 3 weeks back, phoned about 10 mins beforehand to see how busy they were. Great scran.

I have been a fan of Greens for years and think it's great that they now have a restaurant at ballyhackamore. I have eaten here on several occasions and bar one of those the food and service were good as expected. The one occasion was at lunch time when my half pizza was burnt around he edges and the salad was past it's best. I suspect there was no proper chef on and the young girls were muddling through, not good. I didn't complain because I was with a group, their food looked ok and so I struggled through. I have been back since thought and m happy to report a good experience.

Went to Greens for lunch today with some friends, while we were there they weren't very busy. There was four of us in our party, we had the lunch time menu half pizza, salad & a drink.
Ordered sparkling water, have never seen such a tiny bottle of sparkling water before. However the cans of coke were normal size.
Every thing was going fine up to the point when the waitress started to clear the table before we all were finished our meal.
I was still eating my pizza with salad on my plate when the waitress lifted my plate from me. I had to say to her I wasn't finished, she then lifted my friends plate with her garlic bread on it and didn't even ask whether my friend was finished or not. We all thought this was quite Rude! Then when we were paying the bill she had the cheek to ask us "Do you want me to bring you back the change"!
Although the food was good, everyone in my party thought the waitress was RUDE !!!!
