The Graze experience is about more than just food. A sincere effort to educate the staff on all aspects of food and wine culture is the basis for our service philosophy.

They take great pride in the relaxed style of service and the welcoming staff at Graze go to great lengths to make diners feel at ease, comfortable and well taken care of.

GrazeĀ  serves seasonally-inspired cuisine with a commitment to using local and sustainable foods.

We work with local farmers, growers and purveyors to source products with integrity, flavour and a story, and incorporate these seasonal offerings into our menus daily.

The result is food that is honest, straightforward and pays homage to the bounty which can be found in a region we are so privileged to call home. Using ingredients at their peak and preparing them minimally and with respect allows us to capture the essence of the season and bring it straight to your table.

Every month Graze restaurant will feature a different farmer who has helped us source our product. You can read their story on our honesty blackboard where you will also find other suppliers and growers who are helping us to deliver our seasonal offerings.

The new lounge on level one is now open for pre and after dinner cocktails and drinks. It is open from 6pm Wednesday – Sunday and closes when the restaurant closes.
(It may only be used for those dining at Graze)

The menu is small and simple, allowing Graze to always offer diners new experiences as and when our products come in and out of season.
