The Tesco store on the Belmont road has closed its doors. Very unusual indeed to see a Tesco store closing down but I understand there are reasons behind it.

Kind-hearted residents from east Belfast have come to the rescue of one local charity shop, helping to protect it from further break-ins.
Last February staff at the Marie Curie shop on Belmont Road set about raising money to purchase shutters, after the shop was regularly targeted by thieves.
