Got a delivery from arnold's tonight , ordered pizza and chips with 2 dips . First of all our delivery took over an hour to come, needless to say our pizza came almost cold and the chips were a slightly warm. Also ordered 2 dips with our meal and when it came one was missing, so i rang up and told them they forgot a dip, they told me there where no delivery drivers going that way tonight, so after about 5 mins of talking to them they said our money we paid for the dip would go towards something else next time we order., but i knew we would not order from them again so i gave up and said ok, the fact that we paid for something and weren't going to get it or our money back was very annoying. Out of the blue our bell rang and they delivered our dip, they told me there were no drivers going that way tonight, then it comes out of the blue, 15 minutes too late, we had all our meal almost goney then. Would not order from them again!
